The program is very well organized and worth the investment.

Cristina from 2014

Club activities and extracurricular events (such as the Cooking class) were most fun for me, as they allowed a chance to practice and enforce concepts taught in class while still enjoying the activities.

There was just a ton of useful information to take in and absorb.

Benjamin from 2014

The senseis are all extremely helpful and willing to spend extra time speaking one on one with you if you need help or want some extra practice. The classes really challenge you to try your hardest, and if you work hard you will most definitely improve.

I really liked the sentaku jyugyou this quarter. The Love Letter class instructed by Moronaga Sensei was really fun in particular.

Keep up the good work, KCP. I honestly find it difficult to have any complaints without sounding picky therefore I think I am very happy with my choice in attending KCP.

I think the best aspect would be how quickly the class moves.

Classes were always very informative, active and used plenty of examples to help me remember things. The conversations that were staged with native Japanese speakers were very good.

I enjoyed the trip to Kamakura.

Suhaib from 2014

Talking with my host family every evening I got the chance to practice what I’d learned in class over the previous few days. Not only would they correct me whenever I made a mistake, but I’d also learn a lot of new things from them, too.

Testimonials

In general, I think the KCP program is really great and I’m very glad I decided to do it. It was a lot of work, but I learned a lot, met many interesting people from all over the world, and got to have a very different experience of Japan than the normal tourist.
