I love my dorm!

John (Paul) from Spring 2018

What were the most productive and interesting aspects of the program for you? The least interesting and productive?

The classes and special studies courses are useful and I especially enjoy when we are grouped up and present a creative project in front of our class. I can't really think of an unproductive part of the course...

Were you pleased with the general living arrangements? Anything you especially liked? Any problems you experienced?

I love my dorm; the dorm manager and the staff are incredibly caring and generous and go above and beyond to care for all the tenants. The food served in the cafeteria is terrific, the facilities are great, and if something does fall into disrepair, it gets taken care of.

Testimonials

Going to class every day, and the workload, gave me a sense of what living in Japan would be like. I was able to learn Japanese daily, as well as have enough time in the day to study and explore the country.
