Which events or activities did you find the most satisfying and why?

I took part in the koto club, which I found to be very fun! I got to practice Japanese and learn an instrument I didn't have access to in the USA.

What were the most productive and interesting aspects of the program for you? The least interesting and productive?

Events where we could interact with native Japanese speakers were productive. Other events that let me interact with my classmates outside of the classroom such as the Barbecue provided a great chance to utilize what we learned in class, as well as being fun.

What activities or materials did you find most helpful (e.g., pair work, drill practice, tests, small group sessions, textbooks, games)?

Games and pair work were the most helpful activities.

What did you find most valuable in the Culture Course?

The Yamanashi trip was amazing, and a truly valuable experience.

Where did you live?

Ikebukuro

Were you pleased with the general living arrangements? Anything you especially liked? Any problems you experienced?

I liked having my own personal room and bathroom. The location was very convenient, so I could get to school quickly and also live in a very fun part of Tokyo.
