This school is great.
Which events or activities did you find the most satisfying and why?
Going to the museum in Ueno was a challenge in reading all the information in complete Japanese. Though it was difficult it, made me realize how far I had come through the KCP program.
Which co-curriculum classes did you find most satisfying?
English support with Ms. Kato. She's has been extremely helpful all throughout..
What activities or materials did you find most helpful (e.g., pair work, drill practice, tests, small group sessions, textbooks, games)?
Pair work has been the most helpful for me as within these interactions I can see my Japanese that I just learned come to life as it enters another persons ear and triggers the desired response. To me that is truly speaking a language.
Any further thoughts or tips for those considering the program or new KCP students?
To come prepared with hiragana and katakana so that part of the Japanese learning experience is taken care of before hand.
Any other comments or suggestions?
This school is great, so far no complaints and I hope they keep up the good work!
