KCP International is a fun but different experience.
Which events or activities did you find the most satisfying and why?
I found the Yamanashi trip fun. It was nice to be able to go to new parts of Japan as a class
What were the most productive and interesting aspects of the program for you? The least interesting and productive?
I think the most interesting aspect was having to communicate solely in Japanese in order to be able to speak with my classmates.
What activities or materials did you find most helpful (e.g., pair work, drill practice, tests, small group sessions, textbooks, games)?
I found pair work to be effective. Having to talk one-on-one to someone in Japanese gave me a lot of good practice in the language.
Any comments or tips for prospective/new KCP students?
KCP International is a fun but different experience. Studying Japanese while being taught in Japanese is a lot different than studying while being taught in English, but that doesn't mean it's bad, after getting over brief culture shock, I had a really fun time at KCP International
