Winter 2019 Culture Class Around Tokyo
What better way to experience the culture and way of life of Japan than first-hand, surrounded by locals as well as historical structures and destinations. Recently, KCP’s Winter 2019 Culture Class visited various places in Tokyo including the following notable sites:
Tokyo Imperial Palace
As the residence of the Emperor of Japan, it’s not to be missed. The sprawling grounds also include museums, offices, and gardens.

Asahi Beer Hall
Located on the east bank of the Sumida River, the Asahi Beer Hall building is a striking piece of architecture. It’s shaped like a beer glass with an enormous golden structure on top called the Asahi Flame.
